If You Could Know the Future, Would You Dare?

by Access Administrator on January 29, 2013

Now that the Mayan predictions that the world would end have proved kind of a bust, who are you going to believe now?
How about you?
The tools of Access Consciousness®, developed by founder and best selling author Gary Douglas over the past 25 years, are specifically designed to help you do just that.
Unlike most approaches to self-improvement, spirituality, and metaphysics, Douglas’s is aim to get you to know what you know, rather than having you take on his point of view or buying his answers as real.  “I don’t have any answers,” he notes.  “What I do have is a lot of questions that can enable you to know what you know.”
There’s a reason Douglas eschews answers of any kind.  “Questions empower, answers disempower,” he observes.  How many psychics have you encountered who asked you questions?  Or did they all give you answers?
The difficulty with answers is that when someone tells you their answer for you, they tend to stick you with it forever.  If they’re wrong, if what they say doesn’t apply to you, if it’s not helpful in any way for you to hear that information (Mayan calendar, anyone?)—it’s irrelevant.  It goes right into your brain and starts creating your reality anyway.  Fun, eh?
How can it create your reality without your “knowing it?” you might ask.  The difficulty is that we have points of view that we can express in words using our cognition, and then we have other points of view that are vague energies that also create our life.  “Your point of view creates your reality, not the other way around,” Douglas’s business partner, Dr. Dain Heer, reminds us.  So those lies and errors told to us by others in an attempt to give us their answers, sneak into our subconscious mind and are busily creating our reality whether we’ve been paying attention or not!  What’s right about this we’re not getting?
Building your whole reality based on your being wrong!  Is that really your best choice?
What’s the way out?  You could start trusting you.  Yes, a radical concept, but consider it for just a minute.  Who knows more about you than you? And who could possibly be more of an expert on your life than you? Have you ever asked that question?  So you would trust others as an expert on your life for what reason?
If a sense of panic that you’re actually going to have to choose for yourself what you’d like in your life is arising somewhere deep within you, welcome to the world of infinite possibilities!  Fortunately, Douglas has a great tool that you can use to make your own choices.  That tool, which you can use whenever faced with any choice, is “If I choose this, what will my life look like in 5 years?”
The potency of the question is in the question.  Because 5 years from now is so far away that we tend to have fewer decisions and judgments about what it will look like, we can actually be open to the energetic awareness that comes from the question.
There’s another trap that we, the infinitely creative beings that we are, tend to fall into with questions.  We think they’re about answers.  How quickly we find ourselves rushing into answer-land!  It’s what we’ve been trained to do since we could talk. Weren’t we always rewarded for having “the right answer”?  How much judgment did that lock us into, always having to determine the right answer?
It’s a misconception that the kind of questions Access Consciousness® poses, or that you could be posing, are about answers.  The true purpose of a question is to create awareness.  Awareness doesn’t always come to you as an SMS on your cell phone.
It comes in a variety of ways and in its own time.  Awareness may show up as a scrap of conversation you overhear, or a newspaper headline you glance at as you rush by, or a TV news announcement that’s only aired once, when you happen to be listening.
How do you know what awareness to trust?  There’s another Access Consciousness® tool for that.  It’s called “if it’s light, it’s right, and if it’s heavy it’s a lie.”  What is true can change with the wind, but you can always know what’s true for you by sensing the lightness about it, the lightness you feel in your body when someone proposes the truth, or asks you a question that allows you to know what’s true.

For the last 15 days, every morning after I shower, I have been practicing a very simple, yet very profound, essential oils regimen.

It’s called “Gary Young’s Great Day Protocol,” which consists of the essential oil blends Valor®, Harmony™, Joy™, and White Angelica™. I call it premium self-care for amplifying my daily intentions.

Since I have been following this simple protocol with these four blends, I have found my attention to the smaller details, which can be tricky for me, has become a lot more focused. My communications have become more solution-oriented with others and I am noticing that my enthusiasm has increased. Better yet, my follow-through for working on the bigger “back burner” projects is now in action.

Here’s the protocol for beginning your great day:

Step 1: Have your Valor, Harmony, Joy, and White Angelica essential oil blends readily available. I have them all lined up on my dresser and anoint myself before getting dressed.

Start with Valor, also known for balancing the body’s electrical energy. Apply a few drops in the palm of your left hand, gently rub your palms together, and bring your oiled palms to your nose and inhale. Set your intention for the day, utilizing the grounding properties of this blend. Next, put some Valor on the back of your neck and then place another drop on the inside of your wrists and hold your wrist together for a moment. As you hold the pulse points of your wrists together, again breathe in the oil blend and take a moment to be still while affirming your intentions for the day. What state of being would you like to cultivate? What do you want to accomplish today?
Step 2: Harmony

Place a drop of Harmony on your left palm, rub your palms together, inhaling the oil blend and place some Harmony on your solar plexus, just below your sternum, and above your belly button. This is your third chakra, or your “will” energy center. As you inhale the aroma, use the affirmation, “Let my will harmonize and align to the greater good for all I connect with today.” You may have a specific intention for harmonizing with your customers, your co-workers, family, friends, etc.

Step 3: Joy

This blend is one of Young Living’s signature essential oils and is known for helping lift depression, soothe a broken heart, and may also serve as an aphrodisiac! Place a drop of Joy into your left palm, rub your hands together, and slowly inhale the scent. Then place your hands on your heart. If you are looking to heal your heart or become more open hearted, use these moments to let this blend infuse into your heart’s desire.

Step 4: White Angelica

This blend is known for its properties for energetic protection, like a bouncer for negative energy or disturbing thoughts. Place a drop of White Angelica in your left palm, rub your palms together and deeply inhale. Then gently brush your palms over the crown of your head, down your neck, shoulders, chest, torso, and all the way down your legs to your feet. Imagine this blend encasing your entire body, like a guardian shield. Again, revisit your intention for your day.

Give yourself a week with Gary’s Great Day Protocol and keep a log of how you are feeling and what you notice each day. If you have a willing partner, family member, or friend to share this protocol with, even better!

Please share your experience in the comments area! I would love to know how this protocol works for you.

Are Other People’s Judgments Getting Your Body Down? These Body Processes May Be Just What You Require!

by Access Administrator on

How do other people’s judgments affect your body? Is it possible that they can affect it so violently that they could lock your muscles up so tightly that they couldn’t move?
This is exactly what occurred for Dr. Dain Heer after one advanced 7-day course in Costa Rica. What’s right about this is that as a result, a couple of phenomenal Access Consciousness™ body processes were developed.
Access Consciousness™ Founder and best selling author Gary Douglas developed the processes Anaphylactic Shock and Quadrate of Laxation in a successful attempt to assist his friend, co-author, and co-developer of Access Consciousness™.
The name of the first process, Anaphylactic Shock, matches the energy that Douglas sensed in Heer’s body following the experience of having others’ judgments impelled at him. One of Douglas’s many gifts and capacities is to identify a previously unknown energy, find the name that most clearly matches it, and thus allow others to access that same energy through the energetic pathway he blazes with the words he puts to the energy. In the case of bodywork, the name of the process allows others to call up the same energy.
As Douglas describes this process, he mentally searches for the word that most matches the energy he senses. He pictures it as being like a slot machine. When the correct word comes along, he seizes it like an apple or a cherry and a new process is born. This process applies to new clearing statements as well as to hands-on processes.
In medical terms, anaphylactic shock refers to the same state of shock as people go into who seriously allergic to bee stings or peanuts. This shock is often fatal. A lovely side effect of this name being connected to this process is that it is something that could also be tried for anyone suffering from anaphylactic shock. (Of course, immediate medical attention should also be sought for someone suffering from this life-threatening condition, but if you used the process on a first aid basis and no further attention would be required, wouldn’t that be cool?)
Using this Anaphylactic Shock process on muscles locked up anywhere in the body—even if it wasn’t necessarily others’ judgments that locked them up—can have dramatic results in getting the body out of its shocked state.
Following that, the Quadrate of Laxation process invites the muscles to return to their relaxed state. When these processes were first discovered, it was most often necessary to do them sequentially—starting with Anaphylactic Shock and then doing Quadrate of Laxation. As so often happens with Access Consciousness™, things have sped up and it’s now most often possible to do the two of them together. As always with the body processes, the correct way to do them follows only one rule: ask the body! With extreme cases or where the results sought are not being achieved, you might ask if it’s necessary to run them one at a time.
When Douglas and Heer first identify a process, they practice on each other and others to determine what the process is and what it might be used for. When they have a sense of what it might be able to do through their own experience, then they share it with us.
They are the developers of the 3-Day Access Consciousness™ Body Class, which invites participants to learn some 50 different body processes, useful for all kinds of injuries, ailments and complaints. New uses for these processes are being discovered every day.
The 3-Day Body Class is taught world-wide by 6 facilitators. Some 300 Body Process Facilitators world-wide teach evening or one day classes in which Anaphylactic Shock and Quadrate of Laxation, as well as the 50 others, can be taught. You can find classes near you on the site, www.body.accessconsciousness.com.
If you are interested in receiving the body processes, you can contact one of these facilitators as well. Most graduates of the 3-Day Body Class would be happy to provide you with a session of these unique energetic healing methods as well.
Always the pioneers when it comes to creating as much consciousness in bodies as possible, Douglas and Heer have also developed some advanced body processes. Attendance at two of the 3-Day Body Classes and lots of practice with the basic (though phenomenal) body processes are the pre-requisites for these Advanced Body Classes. These pre-requisites have been set because they are necessary in order for participants to get the most out of the Advanced Body Class, and Douglas isn’t willing for them to have anything less.

‘You, as an infinite being, are energy, space, and consciousness. Your body is not less than you.  Your body is part of you.  Your body has to be incorporated in oneness with you, as part of you, because it is part of who and what you are. You have to be in gratitude for your body.

Communion is a sense of oneness with your body.  There is no sense of separation between you, your body, and the rest of the world.  You are connected to all things.  When you start to be in communion with your body at all times, there’s a sense of peace that you get no other way. You should have a level of communion with your body that allows you to enjoy it.

What if it’s a non-cognitive awareness that you are having?  Have you ever had a sense that something is not quite right, but you don’t know what it is?  That’s a non-cognitive awareness.  You start looking around, and you become more questioning  about what’s happening – and then all of a sudden, you find out.  That’s functioning from non-cognitive awareness.  When you function from non-cognitive awareness, everything gets so much easier.  We need to do this at all times’….. Right Body for You

Greetings!

I love these words about the Body! Communion is a sense of oneness with your Body. Imagine!

What if your communication with your Body is non-cognitive? What if your precious Body is asking you, the Being, to listen to s/he? Again…listening with your ‘inner’ hearing….with your non-cognitive awareness….truly…if this was not your native way…why would your Body have the capacity to communicate with Y O U  in that way?

Play with this a bit?

What if you could open up your non-cognitive awareness with your best friend, your Body? I believe that is why I so fully enjoy facilitating the Access Consciousness Body Process Classes…for my Body and I get to play in these energies of balance and consciousness presented in a gentle format that the Body simply understands….and responds to quickly and in ways that can so shift ones experience of embodiment!
