If it is true, and every part of my life is experienced through the perspective of my body, then my body’s perspective is pretty important. 
 
In my practice, I always begin sessions with a time to check in. This is a time for the client to give voice to their joys, concerns and desires. More often then not they are expressing vibrational matches to problems that have disallowed their Well-Being. 
 
How can we dis-allow our well-being? Easy. We disallow our well-being by repetitive thoughts and focus of on what we believe is wrong…until we create a state of perpetuating it. In each moment we have the power to find thoughts that feel slightly better or slightly worse.
 
The Law of Attraction is constantly at work….bringing us what we vibrationally tune to. 
 
A key to achieving and maintain a physical state of well-being or being well….is to notice the early signs of discord and to refocus our thoughts to those of slightly happier or slightly less negative….
 
As we maintain this ever so slight realignment…incrementally we shift our state of health to wellness.
 
Easy?  Yes…indeed!
